BOOT CAMPS

 

Fitness 4 Mind and Body Boot Camps are not your typical boot camp classes. The goal of our program is to improve overall fitness and health by teaching our members proper form and technique as well as gifting them with the knowledge and the "know-how" to incorporate a healthy lifestyle practice. One thing that sets us apart from other companies is our attention to individual needs and goals within the group setting. This allows for all fitness levels to participate at their own pace. We also strive to keep our classes relatively small for a more personalized experience. 
Our highly motivating sessions, typically held outdoors, are focused on core strength and stabilization, cardiovascular endurance training and total body functional training. Throughout each program, we will help you build strength and endurance while establishing benchmarks for your long term fitness goals. If you are willing to make the commitment to creating a healthier lifestyle through our programs, we will be committed 100% to helping you every step of the way and we guarantee results!  
Some of the incorporated equipment includes resistance bands, dumbbells, The Grid, medicine balls, speed/agility ladders and many more. Many of the exercises simply use your own body weight.
